Would you prefer the normal or mobile version of the Authenticator
Normal

Mobile

I'm sorely tempted by the FREE mobile authenticator. However, I have reservations: First, my phone is jailbroken, and blizz says I'm at a risk. Next, I've read some horror stories about having to hard-reset their phone/ipod and it wiping the serial that they forgot to write down.

The reason I'm giving it consideration is that I'm getting a new ipod touch (from my school) that I won't be allowed to jailbreak.

Now, the draw for the Normal Authenticator is that not so much can go wrong with it. Plus, you get a cool two-headed in-game pet.

So...thoughts?

I know nothing about ifrogs, or whatever their called. If you have the serial, you can recover through Blizz. On the android, I have have an app that backs everything up. I can wipe, reflash a different version of ROM, whatever, then restore and the mobile authenticator still works. I restored the authenticator backup from my G1 to my Vibrant and it works fine. But like I said, I know nothing about the iCrud stuff...

Lol, it's about as fast as a frog too. I'm in love with the Vibrant right now....everything but the price. So, as soon as I get mine I'll get the mobile auth. Until then, I guess I'll have to pray more.
